Sam Cunliffe “SAM I AM” | #TheTransition Episode 3

Episode 3 “The Transition” is a continuation of Sam I Am Episode 2 Part 2. Sam Cunliffe was committed to ASU and spent the end of his summer preparing for the 2016/17 NCAA season. This documentary gives an inside view of Sam’s journey. On December 15th 2016 Sam requested a scholarship release and left ASU after 10 games into his freshman season. This was a personal decision that Sam explains in this documentary and hopes everyone can understand and respect his decision. “Some things in life just don’t fit you. And when that happens you just have to keep moving” – Sam Cunliffe After visiting several schools with major interest in Sam he finally made his decision on Saturday 1/7/17 and chose the Jayhawks over Georgetown and Seattle University. Sam Averaged 9.5 pts. & 4.8 rbs per game with ASU. He is planning to enroll at Kansas and get back on track the first semester classes (of the 2017-18 school year) in December.
