Katie Fiso “JUST DIFFERENT” Episode 1 | An Original Docuseries

Fiso is a 5’10 4-START PG Class of ’24 with quickness and swagger. Her length with supreme confidence allows her to be very competitive against physically stronger opposition. She scores attacking the paint, really utilizing her length and touch. Katie had a special relationship with Kobe and Gianna Bryant through the Mamba Sports Academy Tournaments. Kobe Bryant (41yrs) called his daughter Gianna (13yrs) “Mambacita” after his own court nickname, “Black Mamba,” confident she would follow in his footsteps and become a professional basketball player. On Sunday January 26th 2020 NBA champion and two-time Olympic gold medalist died with Gianna and seven others in a helicopter crash northwest of Los Angeles Katie lead the Garfield Bull Dogs to another 3A WIAA State Championship following her big sister Megan Fiso footsteps.
